Who we are

Matton is operated by RadioReformation, LLC ("RadioReformation," "Matton," "we," "our," or "us").

Local-first app content

Recipes, cookbook organization, grocery lists, meal plans, notes, selected images, and app settings are stored on your device by default.

Matton does not automatically upload your recipes, notes, grocery text, images, raw imported recipe text, or diagnostics to us.

Support reports

If you choose to contact support or send a report from the app, we receive the message you send, contact information included by your email or sharing method, and any optional diagnostics you choose to include. Optional diagnostics are off by default.

Generated optional diagnostics exclude recipe text, notes, grocery item text, source URLs, images, and raw imported recipe text.

Recipe imports and Apple purchases

When you import a recipe from a website, your device contacts the website you choose. That website may receive ordinary web request information, such as your IP address, device details, and requested URL.

If you buy or redeem a Matton subscription, Apple processes the App Store purchase. Matton uses StoreKit on your device to check whether the subscription is active and does not receive or store your payment card details.

Website and pre-launch records

Our website may use server logs and similar technical information to operate securely and reliably. We retain existing pre-launch signup and contact records for launch communications, support, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. The website no longer accepts new signup submissions.

How we use and share information

We use the information we receive to provide support, respond to requests, protect the service, maintain records, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising tracking.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate, secure, or support Matton, or when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.

International users

RadioReformation operates from the United States and may use service providers that operate in the United States or other countries. If you use Matton from outside the United States, your information may be processed in those locations.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information that RadioReformation maintains about you by emailing privacy@radioreformation.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required or allowed for security, legal, financial, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.

Children's privacy

Matton is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for our own business purposes. If we learn that we collected information from a child in a way that violates applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete or handle it.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information. No internet, hosting, storage, or processing system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

We may update this policy as Matton changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
